Rules & Restrictions for the Secret Santa Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:

    • Nominees must reside in Houston, TX, or the surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius.

    • Must be 18 years or older to nominate or be nominated.

  2. Nomination Process:

    • Nominations are only valid with a booked cleaning appointment in December 2024.

    • Unlimited nominations are allowed per household, but each nominee can only win once.

  3. Winner Selection:

    • Winners will be chosen at random and notified by phone.

    • Winners must accept their prize within 48 hours of notification.

  4. Prize Details:

    • Prize includes a free cleaning valued at up to $300.

    • Cleaning must be scheduled and redeemed by January 31, 2025.

    • Any additional services exceeding $300 will incur extra charges.

  5. Restrictions:

    • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Nominee must agree to the cleaning service’s terms and conditions.

    • Multi Maid & Cleaning reserves the right to verify nominee details for eligibility.

  6. Disqualification:

    • Incomplete nominations or failure to provide accurate contact details may result in disqualification.

    • Failure to comply with the rules may forfeit the prize.

  7. General Terms:

    • By participating, nominees and nominators consent to promotional use of their name and story for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

  3. Exclusions: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Multi Maid & Cleaning and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

  4. Entry Requirements: Participants must have access to a valid email address, phone number, and internet connection.

Entry Guidelines

  1. Submission Process:

    • To enter, participants must book a cleaning appointment through the company website at www.multimaidcleaning.com or by calling 281-299-0064 during the contest period.

    • Provide the nominee’s full name, phone number, and a brief explanation of why they deserve to win.

  2. Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST on December 20, 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.

  3. Multiple Entries: Participants may submit multiple nominations, but each nominee can only win once.

  4. Entry Format: Entries must be submitted via the website, email at multimaidcleaning@gmail.com, or by calling the company’s phone line.

  5. Prohibited Content: Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.

Winner Selection

  1. Judging Criteria: Winners will be chosen at random unless otherwise stated. The decision of the judges is final.
